Aladdins Order Processes

Before you can order new licenses or upgrades you must first create a customer account.

Below is the order process for new Aladdins licenses

  1. Select the Purchase Now link and Log in.
  2. Select Purchase New Licenses.
    The secure order page will be displayed.
  3. Enter the required quantities for the required products.
  4. Enter Billing information, i.e. name on card, credit card number, expiry date.
  5. Select the Submit Order button, this will create a new order and verify the credit card details.
  6. A confirmation page will be displayed that will display a summary of the order totals and order details. You will have two choices Complete Order or Cancel order.
  7. If you Complete the order in step 6 a receipt email and a registration email will be sent to the email address entered in the My Details page of your My Aladdins account.

You may view at any time your order history online by selecting the Order History link in My Aladdins

Below is the order process for upgrading existing Aladdins licenses

Note: If you have purchased licenses prior to 1st August 2003 you must create a customer account and then Request an Account update. This is a one-time process.

  1. Select the Purchase Now link and Log in.
  2. Select Upgrade old Licenses.
  3. Step 1 - Select Licenses to Upgrade
    of the Upgrade Process is displayed. If you have licenses that can be upgraded then an Upgrade Now checkbox will be displayed next to the Product listing. Select which licenses you wish to upgrade and select the Continue button.
  4. Step 2 - Select Destination License Type
    Select the Upgrade to selection box for each license you wish to upgrade. Note that if there is only one choice to upgrade then it will automatically be selected. Click Continue to proceed.
  5. Step 3 - Review Upgrade Selections and Cost
    This step allows you to review the selections you have made and also shows the quantity discount you are entitled to and the overall cost at this point. Click Continue to proceed to the Secure Order Page.
  6. The secure order page will be displayed where you can add additional licenses.
  7. Enter Billing information, i.e. name on card, credit card number, expiry date.
  8. Select the Continue button, this will create a new order and verify the credit card details.
  9. A confirmation page will be displayed that will display a summary of the order totals and order details. You will have two choices Complete Order or Cancel order.
  10. If you Complete the order in step 6 a receipt email and a registration email will be sent to the email address entered in the My Details page of your My Aladdins account.
